11- Axis Sliding Head Stock CNC Machines
The unique features of numerical control permit the following operations with high productivity of a cam controlled machine:
- Two spindles. Main and sub spindle.
- Max. Bar Ø 13.0 mm.
- Standard part length 180 mm
- RPM of programmable spindle 100 – 12,000 rpm
- Ten tools could be used in main spindle operations. (Four tools are optional. which are basically used in operation like cross milling, eccentric drilling, slitting etc.)
- Eight tools could be used in sub spindle operation. (two tools are optional like milling)
- Facility of internal/external thread whirling
- Simultaneous turning and drilling (optimum feed and speed control).
- Main spindle and opposite spindle have programmable spindle positioning for all kinds of milling operations or other machining requests.
- Machine comes with Z3 axis, which used in operations like –gun drilling, boring, internal threading, etc.
- There is another option of high frequency spindle attachment. Max rpm is 90,000. (Used for- micro threading torques, debarring, etc.)
